Jason Rogers, Ph. D.

With a background as diverse as his taste in music, Jason brings a unique combination of precision and perspective to his projects at Noldus. Jason has a doctorate in psychology with an emphasis on the neurobiology of learning and memory. His focus lies in helping clients gain a rich understanding of their studies’ results so as to make their projects actionable within their own organizations.

As a third generation drummer, Jason possesses a keen sense of rhythm and timing. “Generating insights are a bit like creating drum grooves: When they emerge and are on point, you feel them as they move through you.” He cites his background as a scientist, lecturer, and trainer with Noldus as an important point of difference for his clients. “I enjoy tackling the seemingly difficult projects and making them appear simple. I am a Product Expert at Noldus, and I enjoy seeing clients delight in our solutions.”

After a brief break in the world of neuromarketing and qualitative branding research, Jason is back where he began in 2008, although he is quick to note the Peruvian maxim, “Do not despair if your searching circles.”. He has completed hundreds of product trainings and lectures across the globe, in addition to crafting custom solutions for Xerox, General Motors, Glaxo-Smith Kline, Amgen, Harley Davidson, Lilly, Kellogg, and General Mills, among others.

A multi-dimensional thinker both at work and at home, Jason enjoys shattering people’s preconceptions of him. A Hoosier by birth, Jason has a passion for travel, history, and New Age music. He also enjoys running, biking, zymurgy, and spending time with his significant other Candi, daughter Chloe, and sheepdog Yugen - feel free to ask him where he found the name.
